Jectone Oyoo is the managing consultant and strategic planning expert with 12 years of experience in Banking, Data Analytics, training, and entrepreneurship. Doctor of Business Administration with a bias in Project Management, Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy from University of Alabama in Huntsville and lastly BBA from Maseno University. CEO and Founder Smart Data Analytic and Co-founder KOX Staffing Inc. Jectone is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential either, in business or through employment.
Erick Kamamba is a Microsoft Specialist & Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) working in the IT field for 15+ years. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Through his career, he has held multiple titles such as IT & Database Consultant, DevOps Engineer, Mobile Apps Developer, Data Analyst and Information Technology Trainer just to mention the few. He has the passion and belief to help individuals maximize their Career Potential.

For the past decade, Fiona has been working with individuals who have encountered crisis by helping them to find resources, build their finances, secure employment, restore their confidence and to become empowered. She has mostly worked with immigrant populations, women, and high school girls.
As a critical thinker and problem solver, Fiona strives to make sure that everyone looks and feels good about themselves. She is currently pursuing her graduate studies and is working on becoming certified in diversity and inclusion.
In the world we live in, Image is everything. How we present ourselves through clothing, verbal and nonverbal communication says a lot about who we are. Fiona’s goal is to support each client to present the best version of themselves. When we look good, we feel good and we are able to do good!
